Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of operations, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Evaluate risks and controls, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to management.
  • Develop and implement audit plans and strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure risks are mitigated and improvements are realized.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
  • Professional certification (or studyiung for it) such as CIA, CPA, or CISA is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to present findings clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software tools.
