Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Reality (VR) & Augmented Reality (AR) Department. We are seeking motivated individuals who have a passion for innovative technology and are committed to delivering outstanding customer support to users of VR and AR products.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions related to VR and AR applications.
  • Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and optimal usage of VR and AR tools.
  • Work closely with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Accurately document customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in VR and AR technologies.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer support techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service, particularly in technology or gaming sectors.
  • A strong interest in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Aptitude for explaining complex technical information in an understandable way.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
