CIM Senior Solutions Manager

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a CIM Senior Solutions Manager to join our UniQue Telecom Enterprise Sales & Solutions team.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, designing and presenting the proposed solution to the clients, partner with the technical team to ensure that the proposed solution includes technical aspects that accurately address customer needs and support sales, aiming to provide excellent client service and added value services. Business-oriented mindset and technical skills/background would be the ideal combination

• Meet with clients for the specification of their needs/requirements
• Analyze the requirements and specifications of the tenders
• Create the technical proposition to be submitted in a tender, including documented responses regarding the technical specifications of the tender
• Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
• Check the proposals/propositions for clients and tenders
• Form the financial part of the proposal and request approval from the Account Manager
• Communicate with vendors regarding products' invoicing and costing
• Handle urgent client requests and act as channel for internal communication
• Participate in Business Development activities
• Create and deliver powerful presentations, demos and PoCs that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
• Follow up with clients after meetings/presentations
• Prepare the vendors' support rewards for clients
• Participate in trainings on new technologies from vendors
• Update knowledge on specialized solutions from vendors/partners
• Track market trends on new technologies/products

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:

• University/College degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or other relative discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Presales, Solutions Management) in the following areas:

1. Contact Center
2. Bots or Conversational AI
3. CRM Integration
4. Customer Service applications

• Certifications from vendors such as Genesys CX, Google AI, Microsoft  certification will be desirable
• Client service orientation
• Change management and innovation
• Excellent presentation skills
• Business Development skills
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
