Role Functions

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized service and responding to inquiries.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored services to enhance their experience.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Gather guest feedback and collaborate with management to implement improvements.
  • Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality or similar
  • Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages will be considered a plus)
