JW Marriott Crete Resort & Spa in Chania, Crete is looking for an enthusiastic Luxury Boutique Sales Specialist to join our Boutique store located within our luxury hotel premises and elevate the guest shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and boutique clients, ensuring a personalized luxury shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain a deep understanding of boutique merchandise, including product features, brand stories, and seasonal collections.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the boutique.
• Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, organization, and visual merchandising to maintain an elegant and inviting store atmosphere.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel guests and VIP clientele to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to promote boutique offerings and exclusive promotions.
• Assist in organizing in-store events and seasonal promotions to enhance customer engagement.
• Uphold luxury brand standards and ensure that the boutique environment reflects the hotel's high-quality service ethos.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end sales roles (1–2 years minimum preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Passion for luxury products, fashion, and delivering premium service experiences.
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset due to the hotel's international clientele.
