We are looking to hire a Accounting Support Associate - Italian speaking Based in Thessaloniki | Ref: ITA - 0925 About VIPA VIPA is a European multinational company, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a leading position in the global recycling and recovered material trading sectors. Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, has the country headquarters in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. This is a full-time position with a working schedule from 9:00-17:00, and the office location is in the city centre. Why VIPA? Key Duties & Responsibilities Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document managementHandling invoices registration (in Italian language)Prepare and record accounting entries and related financial recordsManaging paymentsCollaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications & Competencies Degree in Finance or EconomicsTwo years of experience in the Accounting fieldFluency in Italian is necessaryFluency in EnglishVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Customer-centric approachAttention to detailAbility to plan and organise What we offer Private health insuranceCorporate equipmentHybrid working mode - some days of the week working from homeContinuous training and opportunities for professional and personal developmentExcellent working conditions in a multinational environment
