REMOTE IN GREECEKey Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information about products and services while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Assist customers with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical support.Escalate complex cases to relevant departments as needed.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.Strive to exceed customer expectations and meet performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills Language Skills: Native or fluent in French; proficient in English (B2 or higher).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.A positive and empathetic attitude with a customer-first mindset.Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools is a plus.No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
