Czech-Speaking Customer Support Specialist Location: Athens, Greece (Remote & On-Site Options) Schedule: 09:00 – 19:00, Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts) Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40h/week – 8h/day, 5 days/week) About the Role We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Support Specialist with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. In this role, you will support users via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth service experience and providing high-quality assistance.
