Remote Dutch-Speaking Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to Dutch-speaking prospects and existing clients Handle inbound leads and convert inquiries into successful sales Present company products/services clearly and confidently Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience Update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve performance Requirements Native/Fluent level of Dutch (C2) Good command of English (B2+) for internal communication Previous telesales or outbound sales experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven personality Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms What We Offer Fully remote role within Greece Competitive salary package + attractive commission plan Paid initial training and continuous coaching Growth and promotion opportunities International and supportive work culture Equipment provided (depending on employer)
