About the Role We are seeking a friendly and communicative Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch to join a dynamic, international support team based in Athens. In this fulltime position, you will serve as a key contact for customers handling inquiries, resolving issues, clarifying bookings or payments, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service via phone and email. You will work in a multicultural environment, supporting clients and partners with professionalism and empathy. What You Bring Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written), plus good command of English Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Comfort using tools such as Office 365, CRM or similar internal systems Problemsolving mindset, adaptability, and ability to respond flexibly to different customer needs Previous experience in customer support or contact centre work is an advantage Interest in travel or accommodation related services is a plus Whats On Offer A supportive and multicultural work environment with full training and ongoing coaching Potential for private health insurance after contract stabilization Opportunities for professional growth and development within customer service operations Flexibility when possible including occasional remote work (within commuting distance) Why Athens?
