Italian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist (Remote, Greece-Based)OverviewEmbark on a new journey as an Italian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist, offering remote support from Greece for a globally recognized technology brand. Youll be the go-to expert assisting Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chatresolving technical issues, providing guidance, and ensuring every interaction reflects care and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesYoull manage customer inquiries efficiently, identifying issues and providing step-by-step solutions for devices, software, and connectivity. You will document all cases in the CRM system, escalate unresolved issues when needed, and work collaboratively with your team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Upholding confidentiality, compliance, and accuracy across all interactions is essential.Requirements Languages: Native or fluent Italian (C2) and proficient English (B2). Experience & Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and confidence in navigating technical environments. Technical Level: Very good; comfortable with troubleshooting and CRM tools. Personality: Empathetic, team-oriented, and proactive in continuous learning.Salary & Bonuses Base Salary: 1,045.72 monthly (gross). Performance Bonus: Up to 10% per month based on quality and productivity metrics.Schedule Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:0021:00 (8-hour daily shifts). Work Setup: 100% remote (Work from Home in Greece). Training: Fully remote and paid; duration: 20 days.Benefits Relocation package for eligible candidates relocating within Greece.
