Wat Je Gaat Doen Als Nederlandssprekende Customer Support Specialist ben jij het vriendelijke aanspreekpunt voor klanten: Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoontjes, chats & e-mails Adviseren over moderne hometechnologieproducten (stofzuigers, luchtreinigers, haarverzorgingstools, enz.) Stap-voor-stap technische problemen oplossen Beheren van garanties, reparaties & vervangingen Productaanbevelingen doen op basis van klantbehoeften Zorgen voor een vlotte, positieve klantervaring Geen technische achtergrond nodig alleen nieuwsgierigheid en de wil om te helpen Wat Jij Meebrengt We leren je graag kennen als je: Vloeiend Nederlands spreekt Goede kennis hebt van Engels Graag mensen helpt & problemen oplost Goed overweg kunt met digitale tools Altijd vriendelijk en positief blijft Ervaring in klantenservice is een plus maar geen vereiste Perfect voor jonge Nederlanders die van technologie, mensen en nieuwe kansen houden.
