Your Mission as a Customer Advisor

As an English-Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers. Your main goal will be to address their inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and seamless service experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Front-Line Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat from customers, providing accurate information and effective solutions regarding products, services, orders, and general assistance.
  • Query Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve customer issues, ranging from product information and order tracking to troubleshooting common problems and handling complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Information Management: Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system, maintaining detailed and organized records.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality and efficiency.
  • Product & Service Knowledge: Continuously learn and stay updated on product features, service offerings, and company policies to provide comprehensive and reliable information to customers.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries or recurring issues and provide valuable feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you'll need a customer-first mindset and strong communication abilities:

  • Language Fluency: Excellent (C1-C2) English communication skills are essential, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate speaking style.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A genuine passion for helping people and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and explain information clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: An analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues, find solutions, and guide customers through steps effectively.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and navigating various IT systems and tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or administrative role is a strong plus, but it is not a strict requirement. We value potential, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
  • Local Candidate: This is an on-site role, so candidates must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Athens at their own expense. No relocation package is offered for this specific position.
