We are looking to hire a Finance Assistant Based in Thessaloniki | Ref: FAL - 1125 About VIPA VIPA is a European multinational company, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a leading position in the global recycling and recovered material trading sectors. Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, has the country headquarters in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00-17:00, on a non-fixed contract. Why VIPA? Key Duties & Responsibilities Monitor & update expense accounts for the whole GroupManage personnel records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)Close collaborate with our colleagues in the Headquarters (in Lausanne) for Accounting/HR issues Support in various accounting tasks in the Greek subsidiary (VIPA Hellas) Qualifications & Competencies Degree in Accounting or FinanceExcellent command of English, in written & spokenExperience in a Payroll/HR position will be considered a plus Very good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeCritical thinking skills Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines What we offer Private health insuranceCorporate equipmentContinuous training and opportunities for professional and personal developmentExcellent working conditions in a multinational environment Only CV in English will be considered for this position.
