Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional, accurate, and timely responses.Assist customers with product-related questions, issues, and troubleshooting.Provide technical support when necessary and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate departments.Maintain customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.Contribute to continuous improvement in customer service processes and workflows. Qualifications & Skills Language Skills: Native or fluent in Italian; proficiency in English (B2 or higher).Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.Basic computer skills and ability to work with customer service tools and software.A team player with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
