We are looking for a motivated Greek speakers to join our multinational client's team as Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide support to customers by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive service experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer care, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required-you will be trained to perform you jobLocation: Moschato, Greece Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts (full-time, including weekends)40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues.Escalate complex cases when needed while ensuring follow-up.Contribute to a positive team environment and meet performance targets.
