Ommalite is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Devices Sales Dierector to support existing Sales Manager and lead our sales team in promoting and selling our innovative diagnostic ophthalmological devices. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, managing and training the sales team.

Your leadership skills and understanding of diagnostic devices will be crucial in guiding the sales team to achieve performance targets while ensuring exceptional client service. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to align marketing, sales, and product development efforts to better serve our customers and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Ommalite's range of diagnostic ophthalmological devices.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess competitor activities.
  • Provide product training and support to both the sales team and customers, ensuring thorough understanding of product features and benefits.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to promote Ommalite and build professional networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in medical device sales management, especially within the diagnostic sector.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and diagnostic technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in developing sales strategies.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Ability to travel abroad for trainings, meetings and conferences.
