Sales Representative CSAM Spanish + English

Location: Athens, Greece (On-Site | Hybrid after 9 weeks based on performance)
About the Role:
Are you fluent in Spanish and English? Join a dynamic Sales team in Athens as a Sales Representative CSAM You'll build and manage customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and deliver outstanding service while achieving your targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound B2B sales calls in Spanish and English

Build strong client relationships and upsell services
-
Meet sales targets and KPIs
-
Collaborate with internal teams for the best customer experience
Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish and English
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Previous sales experience is an advantage
-
EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full market access
-
Flexibility to work on-site (hybrid option available after 9 weeks)
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
-
3 shifts: 9am5pm, 10am6pm, 11am7pm (40h/week)
Salary: 1,560 gross x 14 salaries/year
- 14 salaries/year (12 monthly + Easter, Summer & Christmas bonuses)

Relocation Support:

3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office

Up to 300 relocation support with first payment
