Sales Representative CSAM Spanish + English Start Date: 7th July 2025 Location: Athens, Greece (On-Site | Hybrid after 9 weeks based on performance) About the Role: Are you fluent in Spanish and English? Join a dynamic Sales team in Athens as a Sales Representative CSAM You'll build and manage customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and deliver outstanding service while achieving your targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound B2B sales calls in Spanish and English Build strong client relationships and upsell services Meet sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with internal teams for the best customer experience Requirements: Fluency in Spanish and English Excellent communication and negotiation skills Previous sales experience is an advantage EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full market access Flexibility to work on-site (hybrid option available after 9 weeks) Working Hours: Monday to Friday 3 shifts: 9am5pm, 10am6pm, 11am7pm (40h/week) Salary: 1,560 gross x 14 salaries/year14 salaries/year (12 monthly + Easter, Summer & Christmas bonuses) Private Health & Life Insurance Performance bonus (based on results) 25 days of annual leave 50 meal voucher/month Permanent contract Relocation Support: 3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office Up to 300 relocation support with first payment Legal support for hiring documents (candidate must gather documents) Must relocate at least 7 days before start date and work on-site for 3 months minimum (Flight ticket not included; only partial reimbursement) Interested?
