Location: Athens, Greece (Remote Work Available)Languages: Native German + English (Intermediate, B2) About the Opportunity: Be part of the team driving Germanys premier free loyalty program and largest multichannel marketing platform As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist, youll engage with customers collecting loyalty points for both online and in-store shopping. Customers can redeem these points in a reward store, convert them into vouchers, contribute to donations, or even transfer them into Lufthansa Miles&More. A mobile app further enhances ease of use, offering customers a seamless and rewarding experience.
