Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ή μεταπτυχιακό στον τομέα της Πληροφορικής, Μηχανικών Πληροφορικής ή σε σχετικό πεδίο.
  • Άριστη γνώση και εμπειρία στη διαχείριση και υποστήριξη συστημάτων ERP Soft1.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση και ρύθμιση ηλεκτρονικών καταστημάτων (e-shop) με χρήση της πλατφόρμας WooCommerce.
  • Γνώση βάσεων δεδομένων (SQL) και γλωσσών προγραμματισμού (π.χ. PHP, JavaScript) θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό προσόν.
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση δικτύων, ασφάλεια δεδομένων και τεχνική υποστήριξη χρηστών.
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά & προφορικά).
  • Iσχυρό αίσθημα ευθύνης, ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών, εργασιακή νοοτροπία προσανατολισμένη στην υπηρεσία.

Υπεύθυνος/η για:

  • Υποστήριξη και βελτιστοποίηση του συστήματος ERP Soft1.
  • Διαχείριση, ενημέρωση και ανάπτυξη του ηλεκτρονικού μας καταστήματος (e-shop) στην πλατφόρμα WooCommerce.
  • Ασφάλεια και συντήρηση των συστημάτων της εταιρείας.
  • Τεχνική υποστήριξη σε εσωτερικούς χρήστες και επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων.
  • Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για την υλοποίηση τεχνικών λύσεων που καλύπτουν τις ανάγκες της εταιρείας.
