As a Remote Norwegian-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships by engaging with Norwegian-speaking customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, utilizing your language proficiency to address inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Leverage your Norwegian language skills to communicate empathetically with customers, ensuring a positive and personalized remote experience.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
