We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to fill the role of Junior Support Engineer/Consultant.

Job Description:

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining commercial modules. You will also communicate with customers to collect requirements and consult on appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will communicate customer requirements to the development team, participate in user acceptance testing, present demos to customers, and support application-related issues. Finally, you will train key and/or end-users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Maritime or Naval Architecture is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Fluency in English language is necessary.
