  • Receive new filing requests and meticulously examine the provided information.
  • Enter ocean freight rates into our internal TMS application.
  • Investigate disputes between MSC and clients by identifying procedural lapses.
  • Educate agents on necessary requirements to foster an efficient workflow.
Key Requirements:
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently.
