We're seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Customer Care Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media to assist customers with account, payment, and technical concerns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support through multiple channels, guiding users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and technical questions, serving as a dependable contact, especially for sports-related customer needs, responding to client feedback with empathy and professionalism, communicating clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty, adhering to company procedures and maintaining quality service standards, and sharing feedback and ideas to help improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and English (B2 level), possess EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card, have 0-1 year of experience in customer support, demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, and show eagerness to learn and grow.
