Lead Auditor Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements and providing expert guidance to junior auditors. Your exceptional analytical skills, combined with your experience in audit, finance, and risk management, make you an ideal candidate for this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of financial statements, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Provide clear and concise reports to clients, detailing findings and recommendations for growth.
  • Supervise junior auditors, offering mentorship and training to ensure their professional development.
  • Maintain accurate records of audit activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum three (3) years of solid experience in audit, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, ACA, JES, SOEL) completed or in progress.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Auditing, Risk Management, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with audit tools is advantageous.
