Product Energy Efficiency Specialist
Description:We are a leading player in the energy sector, dedicated to making our customers happy through innovative products and services. To support our growth, we are seeking an Athens-based Product Energy Efficiency Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Design new energy-efficient products and services for B2B and B2C customers.
- Manage related projects and act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities from start to finish.
- Develop and implement business plans to grow the energy efficiency portfolio.
- Define requirements, oversee QA and UAT processes, and evaluate results.
- Prepare technical specifications, engineering calculations, and cost estimates.
- Support contract management and propose beneficial terms and conditions.
- Conduct on-site visits when necessary to monitor and evaluate project progress.
- Train key users upon launch of new products or services.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities in the energy sector.
- Prepare regulatory reports related to energy efficiency.
- BSc in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Economics, or a related technical or quantitative field. A Master's degree in any of the above disciplines will be considered an asset.
- At least 2 years of full-cycle professional experience in the energy or technology sector in building and launching energy-efficient innovative services.
- Prior experience in project management or IoT industry is a plus; familiarity with AI is considered an asset.
- Strong project management skills, with solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in both Greek and English.
