Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our Front Office team.

The Job:

  • Assure attentive, courteous and efficient service in the department
  • Lead and inspire the Front office team, to deliver a consistent level of service
  • Accountable for short- and long-term planning and the management of the Front office Department
  • Develop and recommend labour cost plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans
  • Coach and counsel team members to reflect SOPs and service standards
  • Able to convey information and ideas clearly
  • Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately

Requirements:

  • Track record of experience in hospitality
  • Area hotel experience is essential
  • The ability to improve and maintain high service standards
  • A self-motivated, driven, results orientated, and proactive attitude is required
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop the department and to ensure accomplishment of goals
