Customer Service Representative in Athens
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will provide exceptional support to clients from diverse backgrounds, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Your Role
- Provide high-quality customer service via telephone, email, or chat, utilizing your fluency in Italian and intermediate English skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex cases and share knowledge.
Your Qualifications
- C2 level in Italian and B2 in English - Mandatory.
- High school diploma - Mandatory.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Desirable: experience in customer support, either online or in-person.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Valid passport or European ID card/Residence permit in Greece.
