We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Social Media Advisor to join our team in Athens. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about social networks and digital marketing.

  • This role involves providing customer service in Spanish via telephone, email or chat, as well as using English when necessary.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support.
  • Handling customer complaints by proposing appropriate solutions within the given deadlines is also a key aspect of this position.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service in Spanish, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  2. Use your English skills when necessary to communicate with clients or colleagues.
  3. Work collaboratively with other experts to resolve open cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain and update internal systems to ensure seamless communication and data management.

Your Qualifications:

  • A level C1 in Spanish and intermediate in English (B2) is mandatory.
  • A high school diploma is also required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable but not necessary.
