Στόχος είναι η ολοκλήρωση της τηλεφωνικής συνομιλίας του πελάτη έχοντας επιλυθεί οποιοδήποτε τεχνικό πρόβλημα στη σταθερή τηλεφωνία, internet ή/και ψηφιακή τηλεόραση.

- ">
- Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ - ΤΕΙ - ΙΕΚ - ΤΕΕ με κατεύθυνση Τηλεπικοινωνίες, Δίκτυα ή Πληροφορική">
- Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνική τεχνική εξυπηρέτηση ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών σε τηλεπικοινωνιακό πάροχο">
- Γνώσεις σε δίκτυα, βλάβες Internet, τηλεφωνίας & τηλεόρασης καθώς και εξοικείωση με CRM συστήματα (κατά προτίμηση Siebel)">
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών">
- Καλή γνώση χειρισμού εφαρμογών MS Office">
- Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε κυλιόμενο ωράριο βαρδιών">
- Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες">
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας">
- Διάθεση για μάθηση και αυτοβελτίωση">
