Job Title: Infrastructure Management Leader

This role involves leading a team responsible for maintaining, upgrading and securing server infrastructure to ensure high availability, security and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable server infrastructure solutions
  • Oversee the daily activities of the server administration team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure management
  • Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux server administration, virtualization, automation and scripting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
