Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Greece.

Job Description:

As a market-leading credit management company, we operate in 24 countries in Europe and Latin America with over 10,000 employees. We are working on a large transformation journey, developing global back-office processes for all countries we operate in.

As a Project Coordinator, you will become part of the team in Greece, shaping ways of working by helping our global and local organisation to implement the new working environment.

You will become part of a diverse team supporting and driving transformation towards new ways of working.

  • Actively participate in discussions with stakeholders and development teams
  • Evaluate business requirements, define as is and to-be business processes
  • Translate business needs into system features, user stories, testable acceptance criteria and track progress of delivery
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Configure systems, test, document, and communicate results

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in business requirements analysis and translation into system features. You should also possess strong communication and documentation skills that enable clarity for development teams.

Native Greek language skills and strong English language skills (both oral and written) are essential. An agile mindset and ability to adapt to fast changes are also required.
