  • Participate in discussions with stakeholders and development teams to define business requirements and translate them into system features.",
  • Evaluate business needs and develop as-is and to-be business processes.",
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.",
  • Configure systems, test, document, and communicate results.",
",Requirements",
  • Proven experience in business requirements analysis and translation into system features.",
  • Strong communication and documentation skills to enable clarity for development teams.",
  • Native Greek and strong English language skills (oral and written).",
  • Agile mindset and ability to adapt to fast changes.",
  • Debt collection knowledge and stakeholder management.",
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN.",
  • Experience in Finance (Cash Management, General Ledger, Accounting Reporting).",
