Job Title: Field Service Engineer

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues at customer premises in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and mitigate risks.
  • Promote Vodafone products and services to enhance the customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (both spoken and written).
  • Degree or certification from a technological institute or relevant technical school.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Field Technician.
  • Strong understanding of xDSL technologies (POTS/VoIP).
