Finnish Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced customer support professional to assist with Dyson devices, respond to customer inquiries, and provide guidance on product usage and technical troubleshooting. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from Dyson customers.
  • Provide information and assistance on Dyson products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
  • Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
