Job Title: Airport Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our airport, ensuring that all activities are conducted in an orderly and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with international safety regulatory requirements.
  • Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential risks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of runways, taxiways, and aprons to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Oversee airside service providers to ensure safe and compliant operations.
  • Develop and implement Business Continuity Plans to minimize the impact of disruptions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize resource utilization.

Requirements:

  • Valid RTF License and AVOP License
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in airport management or related roles, with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of airport operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
