Commercial Property Manager Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing all non-aeronautical commercial and property development activities at the airport.

  • Optimize Airport asset value and utilization, and maximize their performance and revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Commercial Property Development, aligning with business objectives, applicable legal framework/standards and market trends.
  • Manage lease and concession agreements to ensure alignment with Airport policies, standards and objectives by creating a culture of collaboration.
  • Establish a framework to ensure equal treatment and access to utilities under fair pricing.
  • Develop an Asset Management System to maximize efficient use, allocation and exploitation of Airport assets.
  • Act as a responsible citizen and energy consumer by ensuring efficient use of resources and maximization of renewable energy exploitation.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify emerging trends and competitive dynamics in the property markets.
  • Develop and manage the property management department budget, including revenue forecasts and expense projections.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of Non-Aeronautical Commercial and Property Development activities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with property management activities.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation/business management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Major coursework in an aviation-related field, business administration and/or finance will be preferred.
  • Work experience related to airport concessions management, airport contracts, commercial and real estate activities will be preferred.

Job Qualifications
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate or property development.

Property Manager Responsibilities

  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with external partners to advance airport goals.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Providing regular updates to executives and stakeholders on property management performance.
