Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Your primary objective will be to ensure smooth operations across sales, marketing, and customer service departments. You will support end-users, ensure data accuracy, generate reports and insights, and drive adoption of CRM best practices.

  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and usability.
  • Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
  • Customize and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to support business needs.
  • Drive user adoption across the organization through training, support, and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to streamline processes and optimize CRM usage.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and project management skills, combined with a solid understanding of CRM principles and customer lifecycle management, are also essential.
