Financial Operations Leader

The Accounting Manager plays a vital role in the financial operations of an organization. This position requires exceptional leadership and analytical skills to manage the accounting department effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank account reconciliations.
- Manage monthly and annual closings of tax and payroll processes.
- Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department.
- Organize financial data into actionable insights and maintain updated records.
- Track progress toward financial and accounting goals.
- Establish policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and integrated with ERP-CRM systems.
- Administer payroll processes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Softone/Entersoft).
- Valid Class A' Accountant certification (Accounting signature rights are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of MyData, ERGANI, Payroll, VAT, Intra-Community Transactions (Acquisitions & Deliveries), and Intrastat.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel (spreadsheets, chart creation, and advanced functions).
- Thorough understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounting legislation, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills for managing large volumes of data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team management skills.
- Strong task prioritization abilities.
