  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content, ensuring swift and efficient resolution of escalated cases.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex content moderation issues and provide feedback to improve moderation practices.
  • Stay updated on moderation guidelines and trends in online content to ensure effective content evaluation.
  • Requirements:
  • Native Czech speaker with strong communication skills and proficiency in B2-level English for team collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential for effective content moderation.
  • Ability to manage sensitive content with discretion and professionalism, upholding the company's values and standards.
  • Prior experience in content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory for this role.
  • Work Conditions:
