Job Title: Content Moderator

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Moderate and review content, including videos, news stories, and social media profiles.
- Score and categorize content based on age-appropriateness, violence, and adherence to policies.
- Apply and enforce the brand's content guidelines across all formats consistently.
- Engage in wellness programs and participate in training sessions.
- Escalate cases that require further support or may impact performance metrics.
- Uphold all security and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements:

- Fluent Norwegian (C1) and English (C1) language skills, with excellent grammar and communication.
- Deep understanding of the social and political contexts relevant to the supported language.
- Strong communication skills paired with a highly empathetic approach.
- Nice-to-Have: Recent experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
