IT System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator to join our team. As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, servers, and virtualization infrastructure.

  • You will troubleshoot issues, provide technical assistance and training to system users when necessary,
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure,
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools,
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and security, proactively addressing issues as they arise,
  • Manage backup and recovery processes for systems and data, ensuring integrity and availability.
About the Role

This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of our technology systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar role such as IT Technician, Engineer, or Administrator,
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows), network protocols, and hardware components,
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (such as VMware, Hyper-V) and system management tools,
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 will be considered a plus,
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
