Entertainment Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Entertainment Manager to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading a wide range of activities and events for guests of all ages, including sports, games, workshops, and evening shows.
  • This role involves developing and implementing a daily and weekly entertainment schedule that caters to the diverse needs and interests of our guests.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and promote activities to encourage participation.
  • This position requires providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Collaboration with other team members is essential in planning special events and theme nights that exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintenance and management of entertainment equipment and materials are also key responsibilities of this role.
Requirements
  • An excellent command of the English language is essential. Knowledge of a second foreign language (preferably German, Russian, French, Italian or Hebrew) would be considered an asset.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a high-end property is required.
  • Certifications relevant to fitness, dance, or music would be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience working with children aged 3-12 would be an advantage.
