  • Design and Deliver Custom Solutions: Collaborate closely with clients to design and implement scalable and business-aligned Generative AI solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain continuous communication with clients to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and provide exceptional support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Technology Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and trends in Generative AI, and incorporate them into our existing solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales teams to align project goals and ensure seamless delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with a focus on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Proven expertise with large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and frameworks like RASA and Vertex AI.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing, model training, and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Experience managing complex AI projects, from inception to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and designing AI solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
