Lead AI Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Lead AI Architect to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions across our region and international business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and building GenAI architectures, with a strong track record of leading AI/ML projects from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Advanced GenAI solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable, reusable, extensible and flexible GenAI pipelines.
  • Lead a team of AI engineers and DevOps/MLOps specialists to design, develop and optimize GenAI architectures tailored to specific use cases and business requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive innovation and adoption of AI technologies across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven track record of designing and building GenAI solutions, with expertise in prompt engineering, LlamaIndex, Langchain, RAG, AI red teaming libraries, LLM monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence thought processes and drive alignment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
