Job Title

A Senior Data Scientist position is available, focusing on developing and deploying AI models in the Azure ecosystem.

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled data scientist to lead the development of machine learning models, collaborate with engineers to ensure data availability, and work on large-scale data projects using Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning.

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms within the Azure ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability for model training and evaluation.
  • Work on large-scale data projects using Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning.
  • Perform predictive analytics and develop solutions using AI to meet business needs.
  • Ensure that AI models are deployed and monitored effectively in the Azure environment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
  • Expertise in Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and other Azure AI services.
  • Strong skills in programming languages like Python, R, and expertise in frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Proficiency with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, Dask).
  • Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with cloud-native AI model deployment and monitoring.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on dissecting complex data challenges and delivering actionable insights.
