Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate content to ensure it aligns with our platform's guidelines and standards.
  • Identify and report content that may be harmful or inappropriate.
  • Provide constructive feedback to internal teams regarding content quality and issues.
  • Stay updated on community standards and best practices to ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with the moderation team to address complex cases and escalations.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • B2 English proficiency to effectively collaborate in an international setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate content accurately.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in content moderation is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Conditions:

  • Location: This is an on-site position based in Thessaloniki, Greece.
  • Contract: Permanent, with a 6-month probation period.
  • Working Hours: Rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations.

Relocation Support:

  • Accommodation: 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival.
  • Relocation Assistance: Airport pickup and help in finding housing with up to EUR 350 support.
  • Document Assistance: Guidance in handling necessary legal documents and permits.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: 14 monthly payments per year.
  • Meal Allowance: EUR 85 per month.
  • Transport Allowance: EUR 65 per month.
  • Private Health Insurance provided.
