We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator fluent in Hebrew to join our team on a high-profile global social media project. As a content moderator, you will play a key part in maintaining a secure and positive online environment.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing and managing user-generated content, ensuring it adheres to platform policies and community standards.
  • You'll identify and act on content that breaches guidelines (e.g., hate speech, violence, harassment), enforcing platform rules effectively.
  • Help maintain a safe and positive digital space by resolving reported violations and content issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to improve moderation processes, tools, and policies based on your daily work experience.
  • Use your deep understanding of Hebrew language and culture to review content in the right context and with appropriate sensitivity.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Hebrew, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong command of English to communicate efficiently with your team and supervisors.
  • Well-versed in popular social media platforms, with a strong interest in online trends and current events.
  • Able to follow platform policies closely and ensure all content meets the required standards.
  • Capable of making thoughtful, quick decisions regarding content compliance with platform rules.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or similar fields is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
