  • Guest Experience: Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through impeccable service, prompt issue resolution, and continuous improvement of guest experience.">
  • Team Management: Manage a skilled and motivated team, setting performance expectations, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive working environment.">
  • Budget and Financial Management: Monitor expenses, maximize revenue opportunities, and achieve financial goals.">
  • Quality Control: Maintain and enhance quality standards throughout the hotel to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience.">
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff, including emergency response procedures.">
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and strive for excellence in all aspects of hotel operations.">

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel management, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.">
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.">
  • Financial acumen and experience with budget management.">
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.">
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.">
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.">

  • Proficiency in hotel management software & PMS Systems (Webhotelier, HART, Hotelizer, Protel, Pylon) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).">

Education:

  • Professional certifications in hotel management or related disciplines are a plus.">
