SWOT Hospitality Management Company is excited to announce an opening for the position of HR Manager at the prestigious Lindian Village, Curio Collection by Hilton in Rhodes.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate HR leader with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, dedicated to enhancing employee experience and engagement while managing effective HR strategies aligned with the hotel's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent for all departments.
- Develop and implement training programs to foster employee growth and ensure high standards of service.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Manage performance appraisals and employee feedback processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek will be an advantage.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
